These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Automated Intake Chrome extension and related services (the "Service") operated by All Professional LLC, doing business as Automated Shop Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By installing, accessing, or using the Automated Intake extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
On first use, the extension presents these Terms for review and requires you to affirmatively accept them before the Service can be used. Your acceptance is recorded, including the date and the version of the Terms accepted. Each person who uses the Service at your shop must complete this acceptance. If we materially update these Terms, you may be asked to accept the updated version before continuing to use the Service.
Automated Intake is a Chrome browser extension that records customer check-in conversations, processes them with AI, extracts structured data, and populates repair order fields within supported shop management systems. The Service is designed for use by automotive service advisors and shop personnel.
You access the Service by signing in with your Google account. All AI processing costs are included in your subscription. You do not provide or pay for any processing keys separately. Subscription pricing, billing cadence, and trial terms are described on the pricing page and in your subscription confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the email and payment method on file remain accurate.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the recording of conversations. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate consent before using the recording feature. We recommend clearly informing customers that their conversation may be recorded for service documentation purposes.
The Service is available with a 10-day free trial via the Chrome Web Store, with no credit card required. After the trial, the Service is available on a monthly subscription through one of two plans: Conversation & Voice at $179/month, or Phone Integration at $399/month plus a one-time $100 hardware and setup fee per phone (up to 4 phones per shop). Subscriptions are activated inside the extension via Stripe Checkout. There are no contracts and no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time, from inside the extension or via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by All Professional LLC. You retain ownership of any data you input into or generate through the Service, including transcriptions and extracted work order data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated transcriptions or extractions will be 100% accurate. You should always review generated work order data before finalizing repair orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Professional LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Professional LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law regarding conversation recording.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which All Professional LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
